About HOML
HOML (Help Organize My Life) is a personal productivity and life organization platform operated by Scott Family Ventures, LLC, based in Woodinville, Washington. HOML helps users manage their daily routines, tasks, and schedules through an easy-to-use web application and an optional SMS-based assistant.
Whether you need mode-change reminders to transition between parts of your day, task alerts to keep projects on track, or a conversational SMS assistant to quickly capture and retrieve information, HOML keeps you organized without the complexity of traditional productivity tools.
Our SMS Messaging Program
HOML offers an optional SMS notification service for registered users who provide their mobile phone number and explicitly opt in. Our text messaging program sends the following types of messages:
- Mode-change reminders — Notifications when it's time to shift between daily routines (e.g., work mode, family time, exercise)
- Task and schedule alerts — Timely reminders about upcoming tasks, deadlines, and events
- SMS assistant responses — Replies to messages you send to the HOML assistant for quick task capture and information retrieval
- Account notifications — Important updates about your HOML account and service
SMS Program Disclosures
- Program Name: HOML — Help Organize My Life
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your schedule, modes, and settings. You may receive multiple messages per day depending on your configuration.
- Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
- Opt-In: Consent is collected on our sign-up page via an unchecked checkbox. Consent to receive SMS is not required to create an account or use HOML.
- Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any HOML text message at any time to stop receiving messages.
- Help: Reply HELP to any HOML text message or email support@homl.app.
